Kansas City-based Super Dispatch claims the card provides an average savings of $0.45 per gallon, with potential discounts reaching $2.00 at specific locations. By embedding the tool into its Carrier TMS and Driver App, the company aims to replace fragmented expense tracking with a centralized dashboard. The system includes automated IFTA reporting and route-planning features that highlight discount fuel stops, addressing the administrative burden often faced by independent fleets.
For fleet owners, the card provides granular control over overhead. Administrators can set individual spending limits, manage card access remotely, and monitor transactions in real time. Beyond fuel, the card offers up to 30% off maintenance services. Sandy DeSouza, owner of S 3 Auto Transport Corp, reported saving $141 on a single 108-gallon fill-up during a month-long trial. The platform is now available to all existing Super Dispatch users, with security protocols designed to mitigate common industry issues like skimming and fuel card fraud.
