ElevenLabs’ technology provides multi-language, low-latency speech capabilities that allow agents to interact in real-time, handling tasks such as account updates or proactive onboarding. For TELUS, this shift is rooted in proven internal success. The company previously used voice agents to welcome new home internet subscribers, resulting in a 50% reduction in early cancellations and high customer satisfaction scores. Furthermore, TELUS Digital has utilized ElevenLabs’ voice models to train its own staff, conducting over 90,000 simulations to reduce agent onboarding time by 20%.
