The integration process relies on Polystar’s Osix Monitoring and Kalix Analytics suites. During a rigorous evaluation phase, the platform was tested against live network data to ensure it could handle the complexity of the newly combined operator. A standout feature in this deployment is the AI Anomaly Detection module within Kalix. Unlike manual oversight, this tool identifies affected users during service disruptions and triggers targeted responses, significantly accelerating fault resolution.
By leveraging Kubernetes for cloud-based processing, the deployment offers MasOrange the flexibility to scale capacity on demand. The architecture is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing toolsets, ensuring continuity while allowing for future expansions, such as the inclusion of RAN monitoring. Georgios Baltoglou, CEO of Polystar, noted that the company is already identifying further use cases to deepen operational observability and enhance the overall customer experience for the Spanish provider.
