The discrepancy surfaced following an internal review of the fund's daily valuation process. While the original NAV was recorded at $54.40, the corrected data reflects a total asset adjustment required to maintain accurate reporting standards. The firm has advised shareholders that inquiries regarding the correction can be directed to their dedicated ETF support line at 1-844-4JPM-ETF.
NAV serves as the daily benchmark for an ETF's total assets minus liabilities, divided by outstanding shares. Although these figures are fundamental to fund valuation, shares often trade at premiums or discounts to this value on the secondary market. JPMorgan Distribution Services, a FINRA member and affiliate of JPMorgan Chase & Co., continues to oversee the distribution of these funds as the firm resolves the reporting error.
