Throughout the five-week festival, running from June 15 to July 17, SWE Homes will maintain a visible presence at Shell Energy Stadium and across local neighborhood parks. The initiative targets attendees of international friendlies, including matches against CD Olimpia and América de Cali, alongside community-focused gatherings like the Kids Day youth tournament on July 12. Representatives will be on-site to discuss owner-financing solutions that bypass traditional credit requirements and closing costs.
The firm is also joining the Soccer Celebration Community Tour, which visits five Houston parks weekly—including The Opportunity Center and Freed Park—to engage residents directly where they live. According to CEO Scott H. Wizig, the sponsorship aligns with the company’s decades-long mission of expanding housing access in a diverse market. Beyond property sales, the firm intends to showcase its SWE Lending division, providing information on home equity products for existing homeowners looking to leverage their property assets.
