OptiSigns Consolidates Meeting Room Management and Signage

With over 3 million video-enabled conference rooms sitting idle between sessions, Houston-based OptiSigns is launching a unified management platform to turn those displays into active digital signage. The tool allows companies to control Zoom, Teams, Webex, and Google Meet hardware from a single dashboard, replacing fragmented administrative consoles.

The platform functions by injecting digital signage content onto meeting room screens when they are not in use, automatically clearing the displays the moment a scheduled meeting begins. This approach eliminates the need for additional app installations on existing hardware, allowing IT departments to monitor device health, restart systems, and push content across global fleets from one interface.

By aggregating data from diverse platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Control Hub, the service addresses the administrative friction currently caused by navigating multiple manufacturer portals. Beyond basic signage, administrators can deploy live data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Slides dashboards across specific room groups. The service is available now under OptiSigns Standard plans, with billing tied directly to the number of active rooms.
