Flagship Honda Debuts 2026 Passport TrailSport in San Juan

San Juan drivers can now test the redesigned 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport, a fourth-generation SUV engineered to bridge the gap between heavy-duty off-road capability and daily commuter refinement at the Flagship Honda dealership on Kennedy Avenue.

The latest iteration of the Passport centers on a 3.5-liter DOHC V-6 engine, delivering 285 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque. Power is managed by a 10-speed automatic transmission and an upgraded i-VTM4 all-wheel-drive system, which offers 30% faster response times than previous models. Drivers can toggle between seven distinct modes, including dedicated settings for sand, snow, and trail navigation, with a maximum towing capacity rated at 5,000 pounds.

Visually, the TrailSport differentiates itself with a boxier frame, steel skid plates, and orange front tow hooks. It sits on 18-inch wheels wrapped in General Grabber all-terrain tires, providing 8.3 inches of ground clearance. The interior prioritizes utility with underfloor storage and a 12.3-inch touchscreen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and integrated Google services. Safety remains a pillar of the build, featuring the full Honda Sensing suite, which includes collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring as standard equipment.
