The core of the Craftable platform lies in its unified Procure-to-Pay workflow, designed to bridge the gap between property-level operational teams and corporate finance departments. By replacing disconnected legacy systems, the platform aims to reduce manual reconciliation and improve spending visibility. Recent adoption by Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale highlights this shift; the property now manages approximately 1,800 invoices monthly with a single supervisor, replacing a previously cumbersome, multi-system setup.
At HITEC 2026, the company will showcase its expanding suite of AI tools, including Invoice AI for automated recognition, Operator AI for nightly POS and labor data analysis, and Crafty, an in-app assistant that allows teams to query performance metrics directly. Joe Eberhart, Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at Davidson Hospitality Group, noted that integrating these tools allows staff to pivot away from administrative management and toward data-driven decision-making. Following the August implementation of Craftable Pay at Pier Sixty-Six, the company continues to push toward fully embedded payment solutions to eliminate manual check processes.
