To support this pivot, Steven Marconi, formerly the Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and COO. His expanded remit now encompasses oversight of product and client services.
Other senior changes include David White taking charge of all revenue growth and client success initiatives, while Miriam Marascio transitions to Chief Client Services Officer. Yasmin Ullah moves from her role as Chief People Officer to become Chief of Staff. Busch, who joins from Xceptor, brings extensive experience in data automation and financial technology, having previously held product leadership roles at Duco and Digital Asset. Reporting directly to Marconi, Busch is tasked with overseeing the firm's AI-native product strategy as CloudMargin looks to extend its reach beyond its current base of 250 global clients.
