Retail trainer and podcast host Melissa Moore has been appointed to the judging panel for the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards. Bringing over 27 years of industry experience, Moore joins a diverse group of experts tasked with evaluating global technological advancements in the omnichannel retail sector.
Recognized for her work as a retail educator and host of The Retail Tea Break podcast, Moore focuses on elevating team performance through sales excellence and operational standards. Her inclusion adds to an expansive list of industry leaders from organizations including Walmart, Boots, JD Sports, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. The panel will review submissions following the entry deadline on October 2, with finalists slated for announcement later that month.The awards program, which is free to enter, seeks to highlight innovative projects completed within the last 12 months. Winners will be unveiled during a ceremony at The HAC in Central London on November 4. Submissions are currently open to companies worldwide, with the judging process prioritizing entries that demonstrate significant impact in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.
