The company’s B2B2C model centers on a single API that allows partners to integrate connectivity and travel services under their own branding. Unlike standard data-only providers, Zetexa offers voice-and-data packs across 70 countries and incorporates additional airport ancillaries such as lounge access and fast-track services. These features are designed to keep users engaged within a partner’s application even after data limits are reached, facilitating ongoing recharge cycles and personalized travel offers.
Technically, the infrastructure is built for scale, featuring SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS compliance alongside Kubernetes-based cloud architecture. The platform supports lifetime-valid eSIM profiles covering 180 countries, eliminating the need for users to swap SIM cards between trips. Co-founder Srujan Yeleti noted that the shift toward multi-year production rollouts across the continent validates the company’s pivot toward enterprise-grade, high-security travel solutions. With teams currently mapping out 2026–27 roadmaps, Zetexa is leveraging its bilingual support operations in Egypt to bridge service needs across European and Middle Eastern markets.
