The company’s revenue from contracts with customers climbed 35.8% to US$30.8 million, bolstered by a 59.8% revenue increase in its hospitality and VIP services segment. This growth was driven by the integration of the Ritz-Carlton in Perth, the New York Tribeca Hotel, the Upper View Regalia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the Dao by Dorsett Hornsey in London. These acquisitions pushed total assets to US$1.8 billion, a 23.3% increase compared to the end of 2025.
Beyond real estate, the firm continued to leverage its media intellectual property by launching a second L'Officiel Coffee and Bar in Macao SAR. While the hospitality segment thrived, the company noted that net fair value changes on financial assets fell to US$25 million from US$56.2 million in 2025, reflecting lower unrealized gains within its investment portfolio. Despite the increased debt load associated with property acquisitions, the Board of Directors remains optimistic, citing the successful execution of its global diversification strategy.
