The legal action, filed by the Pomerantz Law Firm, alleges that Blaize and its leadership engaged in securities fraud. The scrutiny began on April 28, 2026, when Pelican Way Research accused the company of fabricating a deal with NeoTensr, a counterparty described as a four-month-old entity with minimal capital. The report claimed that NeoTensr’s online product catalog featured photoshopped images of Blaize hardware, casting doubt on the legitimacy of the infrastructure deployment deal announced earlier that month.
Investors who held Blaize securities during the class period are being urged to contact Danielle Peyton at Pomerantz LLP to participate in the suit. The firm is currently collecting documentation from shareholders to substantiate the claims of corporate misconduct. Following the public allegations, Blaize shares fell $0.26 to close at $1.90, wiping out gains previously spurred by the announcement of the NeoTensr partnership.
