Forge Commits $30 Million to webAI for Enterprise Intelligence

The partnership combines webAI’s collaborative intelligence platform with Forge’s operational expertise. Forge, led by CEO John Ezzell—who previously scaled an Oracle-focused services firm before its acquisition by Deloitte—plans to deploy specialized "AI Personas" that function as domain experts. These models operate within a private network, allowing organizations to maintain control over their data, workflows, and infrastructure rather than relying on external general-purpose subscriptions.

David Stout, co-founder and CEO of webAI, envisions a "decision factory" architecture where intelligence is tailored to unique institutional knowledge. By utilizing webAI’s Intelligence Delivery Network, Forge will manage the end-to-end architecture and model optimization for large-scale enterprise clients. This approach targets a shift in the industry, where AI transitions from a cloud-based service to a privately owned asset, deployable even in air-gapped or disconnected environments.
