M&T Bank Opens New Full-Service Branch in Torrington

Michael Weinstock, Hartford Regional President, noted that the facility was designed specifically to deepen the bank’s existing relationships with local families and entrepreneurs. The infrastructure includes a walk-up ATM and dedicated space for personalized financial guidance.

Beyond retail banking, the company is supporting the local social safety net. The M&T Charitable Foundation announced a $3,000 donation to the Friendly Hands Food Bank to assist in their efforts to combat food insecurity. Karen Thomas, Executive Director of the food bank, stated that such partnerships are vital for addressing the immediate needs of residents.
