Ieshpal Singh Named 2026 IFA Franchisee of the Year

Singh accepted the award during the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C. Since entering the wireless industry in 2014, he has built one of the largest operations within the Wireless Zone system, managing a workforce of over 330 employees. His portfolio now spans Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont.

Al Pellecchia, executive vice president at Wireless Zone, noted that Singh’s success stems from balancing aggressive expansion with a focus on employee culture and customer experience. The IFA award criteria specifically honor owners who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit while actively fostering local community support and assisting fellow franchisees. This recognition places Singh among an elite group of operators within the national franchise sector, which encompasses roughly 832,000 establishments across the United States.
