Dinari Recruits Finance Veterans to Drive Tokenized Equity Adoption

Umair Dandia joins as VP of Institutional Solutions, leveraging two decades of experience from Goldman Sachs and State Street. His focus lies in assisting asset managers with the development and distribution of products built on tokenized infrastructure. Vera Wang, formerly of McKinsey and JPMorgan, steps into the role of VP of Institutional Business to manage relationships with broker-dealers and global financial institutions. Rounding out the team, Isha Varshney takes on the role of VP of Partnerships, tasked with broadening the integration of dShares™ across international fintech platforms and decentralized trading venues.

These hires arrive as Dinari seeks to cement its position following a U.S. launch that now offers over 700 tokenized stocks and ETFs. By enabling the transfer of traditional security rights—such as dividends and voting—to a digital format, the company is attempting to bridge the gap between legacy brokerage models and blockchain-based finance. The new leadership team will focus on accelerating this transition for a client base spanning exchanges, wallets, and traditional asset managers.
