The new 3D Sorter series features four distinct models, each addressing specific warehouse bottlenecks. The standard 3D Sorter handles multi-destination sorting, while the M-variant pushes high-throughput capacity up to 40,000 pieces per hour. For complex, non-conveyable items like envelopes and flat packages, the 3D Sorter E offers a multi-cart vertical structure to minimize manual transfers. The X-variant rounds out the lineup with modular chute expansion capabilities, allowing facilities to scale as their volume grows.

These systems are not intended to replace existing cross-belt infrastructure but to complement it by managing irregular items that often disrupt automated workflows. Tegene, which operates a 20,000-square-meter manufacturing facility, currently supports major clients including SHEIN, SF Express, and Temu. With regional teams across China, the United States, and Europe, the company provides 24/7 remote diagnostics and on-site commissioning to integrate these sorting solutions into complex, multi-national logistics chains.
