The new system replaces standard hotel television setups with a bespoke interface designed to mirror the hotel’s Japanese-inspired hospitality. Guests can now access property-specific information, including details on Feinstein’s at the Nikko, Restaurant Anzu, and the hotel’s wellness facilities, directly via their remote. Beyond internal hotel content, the platform offers international programming and sports packages, alongside on-demand movie rentals.
Technological convenience remains a priority for the update, as the hotel has integrated SONIFI’s patented casting solution. This feature allows guests to stream content from over 5,000 mobile applications without requiring additional hardware or complex pairing processes. General Manager Casey Neuburger noted that the transition is intended to provide a seamless blend of luxury and intuitive design, while SONIFI CEO Ahmad Ouri stated the project aims to establish a modern standard for room-based hospitality technology.
