Choreo Taps Beemo Automation to Build Bespoke AI Infrastructure

The partnership marks a departure from standard software-as-a-service models. Instead of licensing a third-party platform, Choreo will retain ownership of all systems and workflows developed by Beemo. By embedding intelligence within its own infrastructure, the firm intends to maintain control over its data while scaling operations to support its 7,000-client base.

Beemo’s "ownership-first" approach focuses on three core pillars: streamlining prospect engagement, automating client transitions, and providing staff with rapid access to firm-wide resources. According to Jason Van de Loo, CEO of Choreo, the goal is to enhance advisor capacity without compromising the personal judgment central to their client service model. Ben Olsen, founder of Beemo, noted that the firm builds intelligence around existing workflows, ensuring that each investment strengthens assets the organization owns rather than creating a recurring subscription dependency. As the initial capabilities roll out, both companies plan to identify further business functions for AI integration.
