The college is leveraging the Interplay Learning platform to modernize instruction across HVAC, electrical, and industrial maintenance disciplines. By embedding interactive simulations into the curriculum, instructors allow students to troubleshoot complex systems in a risk-free digital environment before transitioning to physical equipment. This hybrid approach served more than 300 learners during its inaugural year, significantly increasing the program's capacity without the overhead of building every course from the ground up.

Jason Gee, dean of career and technical education, noted that the facility provides the agility required to meet immediate local needs, whether for new students or incumbent workers seeking to upskill. The center functions as a bridge between academic instruction and corporate requirements, allowing for customized training modules that shift alongside evolving industry standards. As regional demand for skilled labor grows, Mohave College plans to deepen these industry partnerships to further expand its technical offerings.
