Engineered for a 48 MW capacity, the site requires comprehensive development, including all civil, structural, and mechanical systems. Skanska’s scope extends to final commissioning and interior fit-outs, ensuring the structure is operational upon delivery.
Construction crews are scheduled to break ground in November 2026. The project timeline spans nearly two years, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2028. This deal solidifies Skanska’s footprint in the competitive U.S. data center market, where the firm continues to leverage its history with long-term industrial partners.
