By blending whiskeys distilled from every heirloom corn variety grown on their 64-acre farm, the team created the Solera Aged Bourbon to serve as a liquid timeline of their first ten years. This release represents a culmination of intensive research into how specific grains shape flavor profiles in the barrel.

Owner and Master Distiller Joyce Nethery notes that the series provides a rare look at the traditions behind their operations. The narrative concludes on November 11—coinciding with Veterans Day—with a final chapter titled Ne Oublie. This closing segment centers on the family motto, Don't Forget Where You Came From, exploring the generational values that influence the mother-and-daughter team.
