The partnership allows JustLogin’s enterprise clients to initiate payments in up to 16 currencies without leaving their HR dashboard. By automating the backend execution through Convera’s regulated infrastructure, companies gain visibility into salary disbursements while delegating the complexities of currency conversion and compliance to the financial provider. The system utilizes regional fast-payment rails, including Singapore’s FAST, Malaysia’s DuitNow, and the Philippines’ InstaPay, to accelerate delivery times for distributed teams.

For regional firms, the transition addresses a growing market friction. The B2B payments landscape in Southeast Asia reached an estimated USD 44.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to surpass USD 105 billion by 2033.
