The current distribution is anchored by sales of 10,000 barrels of oil at an average price of $76.19 and 48,000 Mcf of gas at $4.67 per Mcf. These figures represent a decline from the prior month, which saw 11,000 barrels and 50,000 Mcf sold at slightly higher margins. Fluctuations in these volumes occur as the Trust records income based on the timing of cash receipts rather than extraction dates.
XTO Energy, the operator of the underlying properties, reported a $277,000 increase in excess costs for Texas Working Interest assets, bringing the cumulative total to $6,332,000. While the Oklahoma Working Interest saw a $67,000 recovery, those specific properties yielded no proceeds for the current distribution. The remaining cumulative excess costs for Oklahoma properties stand at $488,000.
