Jansson has been a central figure in the company’s expansion, earning praise from CEO Eyjólfur Magnús Kristinsson for his analytical rigor and ability to navigate complex market conditions. While he will no longer oversee day-to-day operations, the company confirmed he will continue to offer guidance to the executive board.
In light of Jansson’s diagnosis, atNorth is directing a donation toward research into Systemic Sarcoidosis. CFO and Deputy CEO Eva Sóley Guðbjörnsdóttir noted that the contribution aims to advance the understanding of the rare disease. The company currently operates seven data centers across the Nordic region with four additional mega-sites under development.
