The collaboration connects the Instappraise workflow directly to the Jewelers Mutual insurance platform. When an appraiser completes a document, the user can trigger an automated request for an insurance quote. The system then emails a personalized offer to the client, facilitating a policy purchase without the need for manual data entry or redundant paperwork.
Raphael Boivin, founder of Instappraise, described the move as a modernization of the appraisal process that adds tangible value to a jeweler’s business. Mike Alexander, president at Jewelers Mutual, emphasized that the goal is to simplify protection at the moment it is most relevant to the consumer. The integration is currently available through an exclusive early-access program, with a full-scale release scheduled for later this year.
