This year, the awards program expanded its scope to include six distinct categories. The addition of the APEX Architect award highlights individual power users mastering new platform capabilities, while the APEX Synergy award recognizes teams that successfully unified departmental workflows. For the first time, LeanDNA invited its broader customer community to submit nominations, moving away from internal selections to highlight peer achievements.
Jordan Slabaugh, Chief Marketing Officer at LeanDNA, noted that the finalists demonstrate the practical impact of combining human expertise with AI-driven execution. The list of contenders features industry leaders including Daikin, Johnson Controls, Ford, and Spirit AeroSystems. These companies are being evaluated on metrics ranging from site-specific operational improvements to cross-departmental collaboration. The final results will be announced at the summit held in downtown Austin from Oct. 28-30, 2026.
