Hard Rock Atlantic City Garners National Accolades for Dining and Shows

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has secured a series of national honors, cementing its status as a top-tier destination for both gastronomy and live performance. From top-ranked Japanese cuisine to elite entertainment venues, the resort is increasingly distancing itself from regional competition to gain broader industry influence.

The resort’s Japanese craft kitchen, Kuro, recently claimed the top spot in USA TODAY 10BEST’s ranking of hotel restaurants, a climb from its consistent top-three placement over the last five years. Led by Executive Chef Leslie Daniel, the restaurant balances contemporary artisanal techniques with imported Japanese ingredients. Simultaneously, the resort's Italian eatery, Il Mulino, became the only New Jersey venue to earn a place on OpenTable’s list of the top 100 hotel restaurants in the United States.

Beyond the dining room, the 5,500-seat Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena secured the number four position on Pollstar’s 2026 list of top U.S. casino venues. The arena has hosted high-profile acts ranging from Stevie Nicks to Kevin Hart, utilizing advanced acoustics to maintain its standing in the Northeast. George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Atlantic City, attributed these achievements to the rigorous service standards maintained by the resort’s staff. Additional recognition arrived via Wine Spectator, which awarded the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood a sixth consecutive Award of Excellence, while Reviewed.com designated the property as the best casino destination outside of Las Vegas.
