ERAYAK Targets U.S. Home Backup Market With Hybrid Energy Roadmap

ERAYAK Power Solution Group is aggressively expanding its North American footprint, shifting from a pure-play generator manufacturer toward an integrated energy ecosystem. The Nasdaq-listed firm is currently scaling its multi-fuel inverter and battery storage technology to support residential backup systems reaching the 30 kW power class.

The company is diversifying its U.S. commercial reach by moving beyond traditional manufacturing to bolster its own consumer-facing brand. By leveraging Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and proprietary direct-to-consumer channels, ERAYAK aims to capture a wider range of users, from outdoor enthusiasts to homeowners seeking long-term energy resilience. This distribution strategy is supported by Nexora Group Inc., a U.S.-based subsidiary tasked with streamlining logistics, marketing, and localized product development.

At the core of this transition is a hybrid architecture that integrates fuel-based generation with battery storage. According to CEO Lingyi Kong, the strategy avoids a binary choice between technologies, instead positioning them as complementary assets. While battery systems provide immediate, silent power for short-term outages, the company’s new tri-fuel inverter generators—capable of running on natural gas, propane, or gasoline—are designed to handle extended runtime and high-load demands. This roadmap culminates in the development of 30 kW-class systems, intended to serve as a comprehensive home energy management platform that coordinates generation, storage, and household consumption.
