Three individual alumni earned personal Emmy honors for their contributions to sound production. Judah Getz secured three separate awards for sound mixing on the series Pluribus, Beef, and Widow's Bay. Jerry Lafuente was recognized for his work as a sound effects editor on Beef, while Andy Sisul received an award for his role as co-supervising sound editor and sound designer on Spider-Noir.
Dave Franko, vice president of academic affairs at Full Sail, noted that these achievements reflect the professional impact the university aims to cultivate in its students. Beyond these individual wins, over 250 graduates held credits on more than 200 nominated projects throughout the 2026 awards cycle. This network of alumni continues to shape content across major platforms, including Netflix, HBO Max, and Apple TV, reinforcing the institution's standing in the entertainment media industry.
