Adam Chibib Named CFO at IGT to Lead Financial Overhaul

With a track record of six successful corporate exits and a history of scaling gaming industry market caps, Adam Chibib will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer at IGT on November 1, 2026. He replaces long-time executive Fabio Celadon, who will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of the year.

Chibib joins the Las Vegas-based company following a tenure as CFO at Raptor Technologies, where he navigated a major transformation under private equity ownership. His background includes a significant run at Multimedia Games, where he oversaw a period of growth that boosted the company's valuation from $47 million to $1.2 billion. This experience in public company management and private equity-backed scaling is central to IGT’s current push to refine its Gaming, Digital, and FinTech business units.

CEO Hector Fernandez noted that the appointment is designed to sharpen the firm's execution and strengthen cash flow. Chibib’s mandate involves aligning the company’s capital priorities with its long-term growth objectives. Celadon, who has been with IGT and its predecessors since 2002, leaves behind a two-decade legacy that spanned international operations across Europe, Asia, and North America. The transition is subject to standard regulatory approvals.
