Investors Target XTI Aerospace Over Undisclosed Executive Conduct

A federal class action lawsuit now challenges XTI Aerospace, Inc. following allegations that the company misled shareholders about its internal governance and disclosure procedures. The litigation, filed by Robbins LLP, targets losses incurred by investors who purchased stock between April 15 and August 17, 2026, amid claims of concealed executive misconduct.

The complaint centers on the company’s inability to file its quarterly earnings report on time. According to the filing, XTI Aerospace failed to disclose that senior executives were involved in activities requiring board oversight, casting doubt on the firm's internal controls. These omissions allegedly rendered previous positive statements regarding the company's business prospects materially misleading.

The fallout became public on August 17, 2026, when XTI revealed it was conducting an internal review of its former Chief Executive Officer, who resigned the same day. Following the announcement, the company’s share price tumbled 15.9%, closing at $1.32 on August 18. Investors who held stock during the designated period have until October 27, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status in the ongoing litigation.
