The annual ranking, produced in partnership with Statista Inc., evaluates organizations based on three pillars: customer, employee, and investor trust. The assessment process synthesized data from over 65,000 survey participants across 20 countries and analyzed more than 320,000 media mentions. The final methodology weighted survey responses at 80 percent, while social listening analysis accounted for the remaining 20 percent.
Joseph Fadool, President and CEO of BorgWarner, attributed the consistent recognition to the company’s long-term focus on transparency and governance. Fadool noted that maintaining such status requires a sustained commitment to operational integrity, which remains a core pillar of the firm's business strategy. With a history spanning more than 130 years, the company continues to position its mobility innovations within a framework of sustainability and responsible global operations.
