Young joins the Jacksonville-based firm from ToolsGroup, where he served as CMO and EVP of Growth. During his tenure there, he spearheaded a brand repositioning and the launch of an AI-driven supply chain platform, resulting in a doubled qualified pipeline. His background includes a significant stint at TraceLink, where he managed global marketing for a vast digital supply network, and an earlier period as one of the youngest vice presidents at SAP North America, where he helped triple regional revenue.
CEO Jim Lucier cited Young’s expertise in defining enterprise software categories as a critical asset for the company's next phase of innovation. For his part, Young stated that he intends to focus on scaling the company’s narrative as it expands its reach among global finance departments. The appointment reflects a broader strategy at Medius to leverage automation to help finance teams gain tighter control over their operational spending.
