Systecon upgrades Opus Suite+ with AI and cloud integration

Stockholm-based Systecon has released a major update to its Opus Suite+ platform, transitioning users away from legacy tools OPUS10 and SIMLOX. The new release introduces integrated AI for data analysis and cloud-based deployment, aiming to accelerate decision-making processes for defense and critical infrastructure organizations.

The latest iteration of the software shifts the focus from manual data processing to rapid insight generation. By integrating AI as a support partner, the system assists analysts without removing human oversight, preserving accountability in sensitive sectors like defense. This design choice ensures that while the software handles complex modeling, the final judgment remains firmly with the human operators.

Beyond AI integration, the move to cloud-based deployment marks a significant shift in how teams interact with their models. Users can now access shared environments through a browser, eliminating the need for local installations and allowing for scalable computing power. According to CEO Anders Carlsson, this release represents a fundamental advancement over previous capabilities, setting a new benchmark for life cycle management software. Chief Product Officer Johan Holmqvist noted that the update is specifically engineered to reduce interface friction, allowing analysts to dedicate more time to interpreting results and implementing operational strategies.
