His career history includes leadership roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Spitfire Capital LLC, along with recent service on the boards of Navitas Semiconductor and Empower Semiconductor. At American Outdoor Brands, he will serve on both the Compensation Committee and the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee.
