Thrower, who first joined the firm’s Arizona division in 2018, has held responsibilities ranging from project delivery to talent development. Southwest regional leader Brian Gracz noted that Thrower’s internal history and grasp of the regional landscape made him the natural successor to guide the unit’s ongoing performance.

The firm, which operates as a privately held, employee-owned entity, currently employs more than 13,500 professionals globally.
