EU Motors Scales U.S. Production to 350,000 Units with Proprietary Tech

With a confirmed pipeline exceeding one million units for 2027, EU Motors is anchoring its supply chain in Florida. The manufacturer plans to deploy custom robotic assembly lines and exclusive stator production in Hallandale Beach by Q4 2026, aiming to secure domestic aerospace-grade propulsion for Western drone programs.

EU Motors currently operates a capacity of 100,000 motors per month across its automated facilities in Krakow and Hallandale Beach. By bringing the entire manufacturing cycle in-house—from proprietary motor IP to the custom robotics that assemble them—the company distinguishes itself as the only Western manufacturer producing its own stators. This vertical integration allows for a rapid expansion of output capacity as market demand dictates.

The company’s engineering has already gained traction in high-stakes environments, powering platforms that secured top spots in the Drone Dominance Gauntlet competitions. CEO Michael Berger emphasized that the shift to Florida-based automation is designed to provide a resilient alternative to existing supply chains. The expansion will create new skilled manufacturing roles in South Florida, supporting a broader strategy to localize the production of aerospace-grade propulsion systems for both commercial and defense clients globally.
