Don Styer Named Executive Vice President of Federal Solutions

Styer joins the organization following its recent consolidation of six specialized firms into a single, integrated brand. His mandate involves navigating large-scale modernization efforts for government partners, leveraging over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology strategy and digital investment. Before joining Consulting Solutions, he directed enterprise technology growth at Serco North America.

CEO Billy Milam emphasized that Styer’s background in federal market operations will be instrumental as the company scales its footprint. Styer, who holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School, stated that his focus remains on delivering mission-critical outcomes for agencies, including the Department of War. The appointment arrives as the firm seeks to leverage its 2,000-person consultant base to address complex technical challenges within the public sector.
