Teladoc Health Faces Investor Probe Following Revenue Guidance Cut

A 30% collapse in Teladoc Health share value has triggered a formal securities investigation into the company’s financial disclosures. The probe focuses on whether leadership provided misleading revenue projections after the firm slashed its full-year 2026 outlook by more than $100 million just months after initial guidance.

The investigation, spearheaded by the law firm Levi & Korsinsky under the SueWallSt brand, centers on a sudden revision of the company’s fiscal outlook. In February 2026, CEO Charles Divita assured investors that consolidated revenue would fall between $2.47 billion and $2.59 billion. However, following the second-quarter results, the company lowered that target range to $2.36 billion to $2.45 billion, effectively placing the new projections entirely below the previous floor.

Legal representatives are currently scrutinizing whether the company issued materially false or misleading statements regarding its revenue trajectory during earlier earnings calls. Investors who purchased Teladoc stock and incurred losses are being asked to compile brokerage records, including purchase dates and quantities, to determine eligibility for potential litigation. The firm noted that participation in the investigation does not require court appearances or upfront legal fees, as cases of this nature typically operate on a contingency basis.
