Simultaneously, the Florida-based Cutrale project centers on fruit handling, juice concentration, and high-speed bottling lines from Fogg and SACMI.
Founder and CEO Tara Shaikh noted that the firm is positioning these assets to extend their productive lifecycle for global buyers. The auctions are set to draw interest from contractors, processors, and industrial investors across the food and beverage sector. AssetBuilt plans to support the transition through a mix of live webcasts and private treaty sales, leveraging their network of buyers in over 140 countries to move everything from warehouse systems to stainless steel processing hardware.
