The acquisition represents roughly 1.42 percent of OCI’s total issued share capital. Following the settlement, NNS’s total holdings reached 120,288,019 shares. When combined with the interest held by Nassef Sawiris, who is classified as a bidder under Dutch regulations, the group’s collective control now accounts for 57.10 percent of the company.
NNS, a private investment firm founded by Sawiris in 2008, continues to manage a diversified portfolio across public and private equities, credit, and real estate. While the firm maintains its current strategy, it noted that it may pursue further indirect or direct purchases of OCI securities outside of the formal offer, provided such actions align with applicable regulatory requirements. Any future market activity of this nature will be disclosed through public filings to ensure transparency for remaining shareholders.
