Bandwidth Raises 2026 Outlook as AI Demand Boosts Revenue

Bandwidth Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $220 million, a 22% increase over the previous year, as the cloud communications provider capitalizes on rising enterprise demand for AI-integrated infrastructure. Following the results, the company raised its full-year guidance, citing strong momentum in its core voice and messaging services.

CEO David Morken attributed the growth to a fundamental shift in how enterprises build communications platforms. As organizations standardize their operations, Bandwidth’s Maestro orchestration tools and AI-enabled services have become central to securing new strategic wins. The company reported multiple $1 million-plus customer acquisitions during the quarter, including a major Midwestern healthcare system and a global electronic brokerage.

Financial performance surpassed internal expectations, with Adjusted EBITDA reaching $28 million—a 27% year-over-year jump—and an 18% record margin. CFO Daryl Raiford noted that the company’s owned-and-operated global network continues to provide structural advantages, allowing for sustained profitability despite competitive pressures. Looking ahead, Bandwidth projects full-year 2026 revenue between $900 million and $910 million, with Adjusted EBITDA expected to land between $123 million and $125 million.
