The litigation centers on allegations that Millrose misled shareholders regarding its core business model. According to the complaint, the company failed to disclose that it had deviated from its stated goal of land development and homesite sales. Instead, the suit claims Millrose entered into property lease agreements, including a $200 million acquisition from Lennar Corporation, which allegedly operated at a loss. These omissions purportedly rendered the company's public statements regarding its operations and financial health materially misleading.
Investors who purchased Millrose stock during the defined class period may be eligible for compensation through a contingency fee arrangement. While a lawsuit has been filed, no class has yet been certified by the court. Interested parties retain the right to select their own legal counsel or remain absent class members without taking immediate action. Those wishing to serve as a representative party must file a motion with the court no later than December 8, 2026.
