Erasca Faces Securities Litigation Over ERAS-0015 Disclosures

Investors who suffered significant losses in Erasca, Inc. have until August 10, 2026, to file for lead plaintiff status in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s lead oncology candidate, ERAS-0015, which reportedly caused a sharp decline in market capitalization earlier this year.

The legal action, spearheaded by Hagens Berman, centers on a class period spanning January 14, 2025, to April 26, 2026. The complaint alleges that Erasca executives painted a misleading picture of the company’s competitive edge by citing flawed preclinical data and failing to disclose brewing intellectual property disputes with Revolution Medicines. Furthermore, the suit claims the company obscured critical safety risks associated with its ERAS-0015 clinical trials, which eventually came to light following a patient death.

The market reality arrived on April 27, 2026, when the company revealed both the patent infringement allegations and the adverse clinical outcomes. This disclosure erased over $2.8 billion in market value. Reed Kathrein, a partner at Hagens Berman, noted that the investigation focuses on whether the company intentionally deceived shareholders about the drug's safety profile and its supposed defensive moat in a crowded therapeutic market. Investors holding Erasca common stock during the specified window are encouraged to come forward to discuss their legal standing.
