G2A.COM deploys autonomous AI agent to automate seller support

After a two-month trial managing 10,000 conversations weekly, digital marketplace G2A.COM has launched Dave, an autonomous customer support agent. Unlike standard chatbots, the system integrates directly with transaction histories and seller policies to resolve disputes over game keys, vouchers, and refunds without relying on generative text.

The platform developed Dave to handle sudden spikes in user inquiries that typically overwhelm manual support teams during major game releases. By connecting to verified data rather than relying on generative AI, the tool avoids common hallucination errors while providing multilingual assistance. When a case proves too complex for the automated system, it generates a comprehensive summary for human staff, ensuring users do not have to restate their issues.

Paweł Wróbel, CGO at G2A.COM, noted that the deployment reflects a shift toward building an AI-native organization. Rather than treating automation as a mere productivity shortcut, the company has embedded the technology into its core operating infrastructure to maintain service quality during global expansion. The tool is currently available to all sellers operating on the marketplace.
