Newsweek named First National Bank one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2026, specifically citing the institution’s performance within the financial services sector and its status as a top employer in Pennsylvania. The selection process involved a data-driven evaluation by Plant-A Insights, which analyzed over 120 performance indicators including compensation, leadership quality, and work-life balance through independent employee surveys.
Beyond national rankings, the company extended its streak of regional recognition. FNB received its 12th consecutive Top Workplace award for Northeast Ohio and earned its first such designation for the Washington, D.C. market. These honors, granted by the research firm Energage, rely exclusively on internal feedback regarding organizational health and employee engagement. Vincent Delie, Chairman, President and CEO of F.N.B. Corporation, attributed the consistent success to a company-wide focus on fostering innovation and belonging as the firm manages nearly $51 billion in assets.
