Her background also features a successful stint as CEO of Emcien Corporation, where she oversaw projects that generated significant returns for major clients. Before stepping into the top office, Subramanian completed a multi-week operational assessment of the organization, diving into its financial health, product portfolio, and market positioning to hit the ground running.
Clint Bailey will pivot from daily operations to focus on governance, fundraising, and external partnerships. According to board member and founder Scott Geller, the move is a calculated strategic shift rather than a placeholder appointment. The organization plans to prioritize AI-driven capabilities to assist nonprofits in scaling their impact, with a goal of appointing a permanent CEO in 2027.
