According to Chief Sales Officer Jennifer Parker, the site was chosen specifically for its blend of retail and community activity, which aligns with the brand's focus on personalized design services.
Beyond standard rug sales, the Fairfax location introduces specialized support for complex projects, including stair runners and fireplace cutouts. The company, founded in 2022, continues to emphasize a rapid two-week turnaround for custom-sized pieces. Operations at the new facility run Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Sunday hours extending from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
